Hi Guys
I have a little tutorial for you today. This is a small, very easy tutorial for an everyday eye makeup. I wanted to create something simple which wouldn’t take much time to do but would still make you look polished. So here we go.
Step 1

Prep your eyes. Here I first moisturized my eyes with my The Body Shop Elderflower Eye Gel and did my eyebrows the the Essence Eyebrow Kit and the Essence Gimme Brow Gel. For a primer, I applied the MAC Prolongwear concealer in NC30 all over my eyelid (which neutralises all the pigmentation) and set it with a sheer layer of Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder.
Step 2
Personally I don’t wear a full eyeshadow look on a day to day basis but just to get some color back onto the eyelid, I used a light pink eyeshadow all over my eyelid. It doesn’t show up much in pictures but in real life, it will give you a light wash of color on your eyelid. And that’s it for the eyeshadow part. If you want a defined crease, you can go ahead and use a medium brown shade for that. However, I just felt it can be too much for a day to day basis for most girls so I haven’t included it here.

Step 3
Using a black eyeliner pencil (here I’ve used the Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner pencil in Blackest Black) I Iined the outer half of my top lash line. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just as close to the lash line as possible.

Step 4
Taking an angled brush, start to lightly smudge the eyeliner and extend it to create the wing. Add some more eyeliner on the inner half of the lash line and smudge it as well.

The result should be something similar to this.

Step 5
Finishing off the look, I tightlined my upper waterline, curled my eyelashes and added mascara. To define my lower waterline slightly, I used a brown eyeliner pencil on the outer 1/3rd of my lower waterline.

FACE

This look is mostly concentrated on creating a clean and an even base makeup. I’ve used a thin layer of the Maybelline Fit Me Foundation with MAC Prolongwear concealer in NC30 under my eyes. For blush, I’ve used Maybelline’s Cheeky Glow in Fresh Coral along with a light layer of NYC’s matte bronzer (since the NYC bronzer is not easily available in India, you can use any face powder about 2 shades darker than your skintone).
For the lips, I lightly dabbed the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in San Paolo (any pink lipstick would do) with my finger and added a layer of NYX Butter Gloss in Apple Struddle on top.
Hope you guys found it helpful! I’m thinking of doing more tutorials on the blog so if you guys have any ideas/suggestions for what looks I should do next, please let me know.
