Hello everyone!

Festive season is on its way. Today I have brought a handful of simple hairstyle inspirations for you to try in this season of celebrations.  With a few supplies (a normal comb, a rat-tail comb, a few bobby pins and a few hair ties) in hand you can easily do them at home on your own. In the festival days everyone seems so busy that hardly 5-10 minutes are there to sort the whole hair business; that is why I have chosen only the quick and easy hairstyles.  So without further ado let’s begin.

1. Messy French Braid

This super easy hairstyle shown in the movie 2 States uses the natural curl that many of us (including me) have in our hair. When you are in hurry and your hair is frizzy try this; you will never regret.

2. Simple Twist with Deep Side Parting

This hairstyle is especially for the day functions like Pujas. This style will give you liberty to air-dry your hair if you do it on wet hair. Another beautiful fact is that the front twist will give your bangs some soft curls which you can easily use in your night-time hairdo.

3. Messy Puff-Bun

Again a messy hairstyle is here for you to try with your designer saree or long anarkali. This time it is a bun which we are going to copy from the gorgeous Deepika Padukone. Pair this hairstyle with your favourite dangle earrings and you are ready to rock the world!

4. Front Braided Low-Bun

This hairstyle will give an elegant and polished look. It is more of an evening party kind of hairdo that goes well with sarees. Try this style 1-2 days post hair wash. This way you will be able to use the greasiness in your advantage to keep the loose strands in place.

4. Front Braided Low-Bun

5. Mermaid curls

This hairstyle goes pretty much with all outfits we wear in festive season. This hairstyle looks best on people with medium length hair. Try this look on freshly washed hair to have voluminous curls.

6. French Twist

French twist is a widely appreciated hairdo suitable for every age and every occasion. It gives a confident look and enhances the gravity of your outfit. Place a few studded hairpins here and there cleverly and you will be able to uplift your look from sombre to festive.

7. Half Updo with Side-swept Curls

Here comes a nice and chirpy heat-less hairstyle from our favourite Sonakshi Sinha. It will look great with your ethnic and fusion outfits. The tightness of your curls will decide the longevity of your hairdo.

8. Loose Low-Bun

This sophisticated loose low bun holds the power to make you a star just like Sonam Kapoor. Highlight the hairstyle keeping your face makeup and outfit muted.

This kind of hairstyle is suitable for everyone specially those of us who have a finer texture to their hair. It gives a boost to your hair volume maintaining neatness. Accessorize it with studded pins or fresh flowers and you are good to go.

12. Doughnut Bun

This bun looks more complicated than it actually is. Just a few twists and pin-ups are required to nail this look perfectly.
