The Olay 7 in 1 moisturizer comes in a sturdy, plastic bottle with a pump. The pump works well except that there is no lock mechanism to it. So if you lose the outer (transparent) cap, utility of the packaging becomes limited. Also, level of the product is not visible from the outside and since the pump is not detachable from the bottle, it can become difficult towards the end to know how much of the product actually remains.
The ivory-colored cream has a mild, pleasant fragrance. It is quite nourishing so you only really need a pea-sized amount for your entire face and neck. It spreads, blends onto the skin quite well and gets absorbed almost immediately without leaving any oiliness behind. It is very hydrating and takes care of any dry spots on the face almost instantly. Because of this, the product is suitable for a wide range of skin types, ranging from dry to normal and even combination. My skin turns combination in winters so this is my go-to moisturizer at that time. In summers when my skin is on the oilier side, I find this moisturizer works decently but can feel heavy sometimes, given that my skin does not need as much hydration during this period. And that’s why I usually find myself reaching for my other lighter moisturizers. So if you have an oily skin type, this may not be the perfect product for you.

I’ve purchased numerous bottles of this cream and not once has it caused any breakouts on my acne-prone skin. It takes care of dull skin and the skin glows as if from within. It feels nourished and stays plump and hydrated for the rest of the day. This is the normal version of the moisturizer but it also comes in 3 other variants- a light version; one with an SPF and another one with a tint. So you can choose one that fits your requirements.
As for its other claims of reducing dark spots, fine lines and reducing the pore-size, I haven’t noticed any such effects on my skin. Just a healthy, nourished skin that glows from within and does not look greasy while doing so!
At Rs 799 for 50 gm, this product is not exactly pocket-friendly. That being said, this is a wonderful moisturizer for those seeking to moisturize their slightly dry/normal/combination skin types without any oily residue or the skin breaking out. It works as a wonderful base beneath makeup as well since it absorbs almost instantly and hydrates the skin really well! Recommended.
